Pascal Le Seac’H is a New York City-based professional chef who is available for restaurant consulting, recipe and concept development, and as a personal chef. Pascal is the executive chef at the McKittrick Hotel’s Gallow Green. Pascal was formerly the executive chef at Pastis restaurant, and has also worked at La Goulue, Balthazar, Daniel, and Park Bistro. In France, Pascal worked at the Michelin star restaurant, Le Chanteclerc, in the Negresco Hotel.
